Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?
- En tant que Coach en immobilier, tes journées seront riches et variées. Tu agiras à titre de partenaire pour tes client-es dans leur parcours de vente immobilière. Plus précisément, tes responsabilités consisteront à:
- Orienter, conseiller et motiver la clientèle : Tu guideras les client-es pour optimiser leur mise en marché et atteindre leurs objectifs de vente. Tu les accompagneras dans leur stratégie, veillant à ce que leur propriété soit présentée de manière efficace.-
- Optimiser la stratégie de vente du client : Tu utiliseras les outils mis à ta disposition pour maximiser les chances de vente. Ton expertise sera essentielle pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats.-
- Effectuer des suivis avec les client-es : Tu seras en contact régulier avec les client-es nécessitant une assistance de proximité. Ta présence et ton soutien les aideront à rester motivés dans leur processus de vente.-
- Interpréter les statistiques d’achalandage des client-es : Tu analyseras les données du marché actuel pour fournir des informations pertinentes aux client-es et les guider vers des décisions éclairées.-
- Faire connaître les outils offerts par l’entreprise : Tu informeras les client-es sur les outils disponibles pour maximiser leurs chances de vente et les aider à prendre le contrôle de leur processus.-
- Assurer la rétention : Tu devras être en mesure de déployer des stratégies afin d’assurer la rétention et la fidélisation des client-es.Ce qu’il te faut pour être Coach en immobilier chez nous?- Posséder 3 à 5 années d’expériences professionnelles pertinentes dans le domaine de l’immobilier et du service à la clientèle ;-
- Détenir une attestation d’études collégiales (AEC) dans le domaine de l’immobilier ;-
- Maîtriser le français et avoir un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire afin de desservir une plus vaste clientèle (un atout);-
- Être à l’aise de travailler par téléphone, de gérer un agenda et de fixer des rendez-vous avec les client-es;-
- Avoir une aisance à naviguer dans différents environnements technologiques ;-
- Connaître et comprendre les tendances et les spécificités du marché immobilier;-
- Être dévoué-e à satisfaire les besoins des client-es et être motivé par un désir sincère de les aider;-
- Posséder d’excellentes habiletés relationnelles et une grande capacité d’écoute;-
- Faire preuve d’un sens de l’organisation et de la planification aiguisé ;-
- Avoir une grande capacité d’adaptation et inspirer confiance aux client-es;-
- Être professionnel-le et diplomate;-
- Être disponible du mardi au samedi de jour;-
