**Responsibilities**:
**_ABOUT THE JOB_**

As a Facilities Manager you will report locally to the Chief Operating Officer for Canada and to the Director - Head of Real Estate for the Americas.

You will be primarily responsible for operational support for the Montreal and Toronto offices.

You provide support for facilities management operations, including distributing service requests

to suppliers and helping to coordinate facility maintenance and repairs.

You will be also responsible for the safety, aesthetics and functionality of each of the locations to which you will be assigned.

As a manager, you must ensure that all assets under your control are properly managed and maintained in

accordance with guidelines established by management.

**What will be your day-to-day?**

As a Facility manager, your responsibilities will be:
**The real Estate Management**:

- Promptly process logistics requests from other company departments, ensuring that the work is performed in
- accordance with best practices, company requirements, and applicable building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of installations.
- Coordinate design and construction projects in accordance with the Real Estate Department guidelines.
- Develop preventive maintenance programs and emergency evacuation plan.
- Plan moves within the company, including furniture needs, repairs and furniture storage.
- Manage suppliers in accordance with the regulations set out in the Building Code, Fire Code and Safety Code.
- Organize the logistics of certain internal and external events (room preparations).
- Assist the Business Continuity Management team in the case of an incident.

**The Purchasing Management**
- Purchase office supplies and equipment in coordination with the purchasing department.
- Validate invoices for purchases and services received.
- Ensure the quality of services provided and employee satisfaction.
- All other related tasks.

**Profile required**:
**What you bring to our team**:

- Approximately 5 years of experience in facilities or establishment management or a related field required Skills
- Oral and written communication skills, bilingualism
- Time and organization management
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently with little supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (asset)

**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS**:
Academic Studies

Diploma in facilities management or equivalent experience.
