Tâches
- Accueillir les visiteurs de manière amicale et professionnelle.
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, prendre les messages et diriger les appels vers la personne appropriée.
- Planifier les rendez-vous et gérer les calendriers
- Effectuer des tâches de bureau telles que le classement, la photocopie et la saisie de données.
- traiter le courrier entrants et sortants
- gérer l'inventaire des fournitures de bureau et passer des commandes si nécessaire
- participer à l'organisation de réunions et d'événements
- Veiller à ce que la zone de réception soit toujours propre et présentable.

Expérience:

- Une expérience préalable en tant que réceptionniste ou dans un rôle similaire est préférable.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Une étiquette téléphonique et des compétences de communication exceptionnelles.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
