Libro has an opening for a passionately accountable full-time contract Financial Service Assistant Wealth Supervisor. This contract is for a 15 month period, ending May 2025.

The Financial Assistant Supervisor for Wealth leads, inspires, and motivates a team of Financial Service Assistants - Wealth (FSA - Wealth) across Libro’s Advice and Service channels who support optimal Owner experiences as direct support to wealth staff.

Building strong internal relationships with partners within Wealth, Wealth Operations, Risk, and Compliance will be key to ensuring consistency in role clarity and role responsibilities, and excellent Owner experiences, as well as ensuring strong alignment to internal and external compliance requirements. Contribute to the successful implementation and alignment of various process improvements and strategic initiatives. - Could you be Libro?

This role is a hybrid work position.

**The Epic Human we are looking for will**:
Lead a team of FSA - Wealth who deliver strong and consistent support to Libro’s personal banking team enabling exceptional Owner experiences

Develop, educate, and coach the team in technical and behavioural aspects of the role, creating a culture of on-going personal development while increasing effectiveness and efficiency.

Assigning work, setting schedules, resolving concerns, etc.

Responsible for recruitment, performance management, formal and informal coaching for team.

Maintains processes that meet compliance of established Libro and Regulatory policies, procedures, and work instructions to serve Owners effectively and accurately.

On-boarding, and compliance requirements for new Financial Service Assistant-Wealth staff. Ensure adherence to compliance standards and processes (FINTRAC, AML, MFDA, Aviso (Credential), etc.) within the account opening and support process.

**Monitors standard processes and expectations around**:
Coordination and scheduling, booking appointments, general support of Financial Advisors, and Investment Specialists.

Libro and Aviso (Credential) compliance reporting expertise and support for Wealth team

Consistent Owner Communication including best practices for responding to Owner inquiries in timely manner; letters and other communication tools

Qualifications, Certifications or Designations

College diploma with a focus on business and/or financial planning related courses

Coaching/Leadership experience in a formal capacity

5-7 years’ experience within financial services

Experience as a licensed Wealth advisor, or assistant to a licensed advisor preferred

Relevant qualifications such as CFP, QAFP, PFP, etc. are preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
