**Description de l'emploi**:
**Responsabilités professionnelles**:
Voici les principales exigences et responsabilités liées au poste de spécialiste en relations du travail (terrain).
- Fournir, conformément à la politique nationale de la Société, des services en matière de relations du travail dans un environnement à forte intensité de main-d’œuvre, mécanisé, en évolution constante, parfois controversé sur le plan politique et comprenant un grand nombre d’employés représentés par divers syndicats et agents négociateurs.- Consulter les représentants syndicaux à l’échelle régionale et les représentants de la direction sur les questions se rapportant aux conditions de travail, aux problèmes liés aux mesures disciplinaires ou à la résolution de problèmes.

**Responsabilités professionnelles (suite)**:

- Gérer les procédures de règlement de grief après le premier palier en temps opportun et de manière efficace pour assurer une résolution rapide des problèmes et préoccupations des employés.
- Administration du système de gestion des griefs (SGG). S’assurer que la documentation pertinente est récupérée et enregistrée dans le système.- Entretenir un réseau de personnes-ressources internes et externes afin d’effectuer régulièrement des analyses comparatives et de se tenir informé des tendances et des nouveautés en matière de programmes, politiques et stratégies de relations du travail. Faire partie d’associations et participer aux événements relatifs aux RH afin de se tenir au courant et de promouvoir la marque de la SCP.

**Critères d’admissibilité**:
**Formation**
- Détenir un diplôme universitaire en relations industrielles OU un diplôme universitaire et une expérience pertinente en relations industrielles ou en relations du travail. Un diplôme d’études postsecondaires (comprenant des cours en relations du travail) et une expérience pertinente (y compris des connaissances et des compétences équivalentes en relations industrielles ou en relations du travail) sont une autre possibilité.

**Expérience**
- D’une à trois années d’expérience fonctionnelle pertinente.
- Au moins une année d’expérience dans un milieu syndiqué, un atout.

**Autres exigences**
- Connaissance des Relations du travail, des Ressources humaines, des Opérations postales, de la Levée et livraison, du Marketing et des Opérations de vente au détail.
- Connaissances des principes de gestion ou des principes de travail, du Code canadien du travail, du procédé du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, des conventions collectives de Postes Canada, des programmes de santé et de sécurité de Postes Canada, du procédé de la Commission des accidents du travail et de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes. Également, connaissance des règlements sur le travail, des conventions collectives et des différentes organisations syndicales de la province.
