**JOB SUMMARY**

The back store clerk, under the supervision of the management team and/or the back store manager, is responsible for receiving, distributing and processing merchandise at the back of the store.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive merchandise delivered at the back of the store;
- Check the condition, date and quantity of incoming merchandise to see whether it matches the carrier’s documents;
- Check receipt slips to confirm that merchandise quantities, prices, sizes and colours agree with the information on the purchase order;
- Inform the back store manager of discrepancies between receipt slips and purchase orders;
- Label the merchandise based on the information on the purchase order, in accordance with company labelling standards;
- Perform data entry;
- Send incoming merchandise to shelves or location at the back of the store to make it available to window dressers;
- Comply with occupational health and safety standards while working;
- Help keep the work area neat and tidy;
- Handle equipment and merchandise carefully to minimize losses;
- Replace employees in other departments as required;
- Any other related tasks.

**RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE**

Le commis à l’entrepôt, sous la supervision de l’équipe de gestion et/ou du responsable de l’entrepôt, voit à la réception, la distribution et au traitement de la marchandise en entrepôt.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**

Le quotidien d’un commis à l’entrepôt chez Aubainerie, c’est:

- Réceptionner la marchandise qui entre à l'entrepôt;
- Vérifier l'état, la date et la quantité de la marchandise reçue afin de voir si ces éléments concordent avec les documents du transporteur;
- Effectuer la vérification des bons de réception pour valider que les quantités de marchandise, les prix courants, les tailles, et les couleurs sont conformes aux informations du bon de commande;
- Informer le responsable de l’entrepôt lorsqu’il note des variations entre le bon de réception et le bon de commande;
- Étiquetter la marchandise à l'aide des informations indiquées sur le bon de commande tout en respectant les normes d’étiquetage Aubainerie;
- Procéder à de l’entrée de données;
- Acheminer la marchandise reçue dans les rayons ou la place dans l’entrepôt pour la rendre disponible aux étalagistes;
- Respecter les normes de santé et sécurité au travail dans l'accomplissement de ses tâches;
- Participer à l'entretien et à la bonne tenue de son aire de travail;
- Manipuler les équipements et la marchandise avec soin afin de minimiser les pertes;
- Effectuer, au besoin, des remplacements dans d’autres départements;
- Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes.
