Surrey, Canada Williams Machinery Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Instruct others in the performance and coordination of their work.
- Diagnosis and repair of equipment.
- Perform routine scheduled Planned Maintenance (PM) services, appraisals and Safety Inspections.
- Complete all necessary time card and report documentation as required.
- Complete shop work as required by Supervisor’s direction when required;
- Communicate repair status and requirements with customers and Supervisors alike;
- Excel the ‘customer experience’ by being professional at all times;
- Order and track all parts request to meet the customer expectation;
- Complete jobs, as assigned. Some out of town at customer site visits might be required;
- Proactively seek opportunities to grow customer accounts while carrying out your duties;

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to instruct others in the performance and coordination of their work;
- Strong trouble shooting skills;
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to contribute positively to the team environment;
- Willingness and desire to learn;
- A proactive autonomous individual able to set own standards and succeed;
- Physical capabilities necessary to perform duties of the position (lifting & mobility);
- Must be willing to travel and complete jobs out of town as assigned;

**Training, Education and Experience**:

- Heavy-Duty Journeyman certification or equivalent experienced in small construction and material handling with consistent exceptional customer service skills;
- General ability to carry out diagnostics and repairs on Spark Ignition LPG engines and systems, Compression Ignition engines, Hydraulic and electrical systems as well as reading schematics from each.
