Job Description:
As the Supply Chain Manager at Northern Saunas, you will be instrumental in the implementation of our Warehouse Management System/ERP. Your expertise will drive the development and optimization of our supply chain processes, ensuring operational excellence and financial success. You will be a pivotal figure in transforming our supply chain to a state-of-the-art, efficient model.

The role of our supply Supply Manager is dynamic and requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement quality control standards and processes within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with finance to control budgeting and cost management for supply chain operations.
- Work closely with customer service teams to ensure supply chain processes align with customer needs.
- Implement just-in-time (JIT) inventory practices to reduce holding costs and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage and coordinate international logistics and compliance with global trade regulations.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance to executive leadership.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of a Warehouse Management System/ERP.
- Develop and refine supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate supply chain processes with company operations.
- Train and mentor staff on new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with specific experience in implementing a Warehouse Management System/ERP.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is highly advantageous.

- Salary Range: $65,000 - $72,000 per year.

Le rôle de notre Responsable de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement est dynamique et nécessite un équilibre entre la pensée stratégique, l'efficacité opérationnelle et une gestion efficace des personnes.

Principales Responsabilités:

- Mettre en œuvre des normes et processus de contrôle de la qualité au sein de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Collaborer avec le département financier pour contrôler la budgétisation et la gestion des coûts des opérations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de service client pour assurer l'alignement des processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement avec les besoins des clients.
- Mettre en œuvre des pratiques d'inventaire juste-à-temps (JIT) pour réduire les coûts de détention et améliorer l'efficacité.
- Surveiller et gérer la performance des fournisseurs et prendre des mesures correctives si nécessaire.
- Gérer et coordonner la logistique internationale et la conformité avec les réglementations commerciales mondiales.
- Développer et surveiller les indicateurs de performance clés (KPIs) pour l'efficacité et l'efficience de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Préparer et présenter des rapports réguliers sur la performance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement à la direction exécutive.
- Réaliser des audits d'inventaire réguliers et réconcilier les écarts d'inventaire.
- Diriger la mise en œuvre et l'optimisation d'un Système de Gestion d'Entrepôt/ERP.
- Développer et affiner les processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour améliorer l'efficacité, la productivité et la rentabilité.
- Collaborer avec divers départements pour intégrer les processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement aux opérations de l'entreprise.
- Former et encadrer le personnel sur les nouveaux systèmes et processus.

Qualifications:

- Diplôme de licence en Gestion de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement, Administration des Affaires ou dans un domaine connexe
