Account Manager - Employee Benefits
- Buss Business Solutions Inc. is currently recruiting a permanent, full-time Account Manager to join our successful, innovative, and growing Employee Benefits Division in London, Ontario. _

The Account Manager provides exceptional client service to our existing group clients by providing annual reviews, check ins and benefit’s usage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Relationship manager for business owners & plan administrators for a portfolio of employee benefit plans in the 3 to 49 life market.
- Benefit plan management - provide annual reviews, renewals, and recommendations.
- Plan administrator training and claims management.
- Enrollment and plan education with employees.
- Presentations, seminars & webinars.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years in the group insurance industry or strong knowledge of employee benefits
- Strong understanding of group benefits plan design and policies.
- Extensive experience with benefit plans and claims administration.
- GBA designation (or ability to obtain within the first 2 years of employment)
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is required.

**Compensation**:

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
