**Sales Support Associate**

AMAX Leather Canada is a supplier of premium leather furniture to the North American Market. We are committed to providing quality products and amazing styles.Our strategic partner in China, who has more than 20 years of experience in the furniture industry, gives us complete control of our supply chain. We have warehouses in the USA & Canada, and with this you can count on Amax to meet every leather upholstery need in a timely fashion.

Our collections are all about great designs, brilliant leather finishes, and quality construction. We use trusted suppliers and premium components. Our team of talented designers are always busy bringing new designs to life, and we always look to exceed our own expectations.

**Duties**
- Supports the sales management for order-related issues
- Prepares sales orders and tracks orders
- Communicating with dealers and Logistics companies on delivery and warehouse pick-ups
- Communicate with sales representatives for inventory updates.
- Provides superior customer service along with mínimal account management
- Ensures at all times the accuracy of orders
- Online data input for company's online sales
- Maintaining a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs
- Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings with departments as needed

**Required**
- 2+ years of Sales and office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice
- Good knowledge of Computers and Excel
- Experience in supporting senior-level management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
