**A typical day includes**:

- Generating sales through personal contact with walk-in and/or telephone customers, repeat customers and sales leads, providing information on products, pricing and delivery
- Receive and process customer orders, recommend substitutions, prepare and input sales data and expedite orders
- Process and monitor special orders and update customers
- Assist customers picking up their orders
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Endure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
- Participate in all promotional activities and work with suppliers on counter days
- Participate in all manners of satellite branch operations as required

*Safety footwear is a requirement for all warehouse positions.

*This position is located in Duncan but there may be some training required in Victoria.

- Previous counter sales experience considered an asset
- Someone who can hit the ground running
- Must have the ability to work in a small fast-paced branch
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Motivated and creative team player
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Has a strong work ethic
- Has a strong desire to grow, learn and move up in our company

**Education & Experience**:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
