**DUTIES & RESPONSIBIILITIES**

- Competent understanding of systems for both project and maintenance agreements. Effectively price and recommend maintenance programs.
- Train, direct, and evaluate team members in the proper, accurate, and timely completion of paperwork.
- Understand the timing of work and how it relates to others.
- Direct and monitor team members in development, communication, and redemption of schedules.
- Instruct and direct team members in the proper, accurate, and timely completion of all paperwork.
- Understand the relationship between performance, customer satisfaction, and new business.
- Instruct and direct team members to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of equipment, tools, and materials while ensuring efficient field operations.

**COMPETENCIES/ QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**

Strong leadership skills

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Bus. Admin or others.)

OR

5+ years of experience with Commercial HVAC systems

Coaching and leadership experience

Superior relationship-building skills

2-5+ years of Management experience

Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity, and risk

Mechanical aptitude

Strong communication skills - both written and oral

Coaching and leadership experience

Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

ABILITY TO COMMUTE/RELOCATE:

- Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
