Job Title: Deep Foundations

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the Deep Foundations Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our Deep Foundations projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, field personnel, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate all operational activities related to deep foundations projects, including but not limited to drilling, piling, shoring, and earth retention.

2. Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

3. Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services necessary for project execution.

4. Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met.

5. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and identify any issues or concerns.

6. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any questions or concerns.

7. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

8. Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise during project execution.

9. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, logs, and documentation of any changes or deviations from the original plan.

10. Evaluate project performance against established goals and objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
1. Experience in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in deep foundations construction, including knowledge of drilling, piling, and shoring techniques.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

5. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

7. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and make sound decisions under pressure.

8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

9. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

10. Certification in project management or construction safety is a plus.

**Salary**: $45,352.53-$68,811.90 per year
