Responsabilités du poste

Le scientifique de recherche est responsable de coordonner et d’effectuer toutes les activités de développement et de validation de méthodes bioanalytiques selon les demandes du client et dans les délais requis.
- Élabore, valide et optimise les méthodes bioanalytiques en utilisant des techniques analytiques.
- Traite, analyse et interprète les données bioanalytiques.
- Est responsable de trouver des solutions aux problèmes liés à l’utilisation des méthodes bioanalytiques.
- Participe à l’amélioration des processus pour les activités de laboratoire (développement et validation de méthode, et analyse d’échantillons).
- Rédige et révise des MON de méthode bioanalytique.
- Parcoure la littérature scientifique afin de guider l’élaboration de méthodes bioanalytiques.
- Consigne les activités relatives au développement et à la validation de méthodes bioanalytiques.
- Pourrait participer à la formation d’employés liée à la recherche et au développement et à la validation.
- Participe à la veille concurrentielle en élaborant et en évaluant de nouveaux instruments analytiques.
- Coordonne les ressources utilisées lors du développement et de la validation de méthodes bioanalytiques.
- Effectue des tâches de soutien pour répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs de laboratoire.
- Pourrait effectuer tout le traitement des échantillons biologiques et toutes les activités d’analyse.
- Pourrait superviser le travail du scientifique de recherche adjoint.

Responsable d’effectuer les activités conformément aux politiques, modes opératoires normalisés et guides d’opération en vigueur de l’entreprise et de la division, et d’effectuer d’autres tâches assignées par la direction.

**Qualifications**
- Baccalauréat en science.
- Au lieu d’un diplôme, quatre années d’expérience en bioanalyse ou un domaine connexe.

Un autre diplôme pertinent pourrait être considéré comme acceptable.

Cette exigence assure que le titulaire du poste possède les capacités techniques appropriées au rôle.
- Deux à quatre années d’expérience pertinente, un atout.
- Une expérience dans un environnement réglementé sera considérée comme un atout.
- Doit faire preuve de bonnes compétences en informatique, surtout liées à Microsoft Word, Excel et au logiciel analytique.
- Niveau d’anglais : bilinguisme requis, incluant la communication orale et par écrit sur des sujets souvent techniques et la rédaction de procédures ou de rapports techniques.
