**Tasks**
1. Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services,
2. Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establish,
3. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Interview, hire and provide training for staff,
4. Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies,
5. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services,
6. Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
**Other requirements**
- Must have product knowledge in home renovation materials
- Must have finance knowledge in budget planning and control
- Preferably have experience in communicating with vendors and suppliers in Asia and knowledge of overseas logistics
**Salary**: $40.00-$42.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- SCARBOROUGH, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
