Trinity Village Studios is is a 60 bed retirement home offering Independent and assisted living for seniors, located in Kitchener, Ontario. We are seeking driven individuals who are motivated by improving healthcare in the community. Are you ready to make a difference in the world of healthcare with Trinity Village Studios?

We offer an exceptional work environment based on utilizing an individual's natural strengths and abilities, while providing excellent opportunities. We are looking for staff members who are flexible and interested in gaining experience and knowledge in the non-profit sector.

Under the supervision of the Registered Staff, you will provide our residents with support in daily living activities, laundry, light housekeeping and food and beverage service.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**:

- Mature and empathetic
- Able to work independently
- Willing and able to accept verbal and/or written direction
- Experience working with vulnerable people
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills (able to read and write in the English language)
- Applicable formal education preferred
- First Aid and CPR certified (or must become certified within first year of employment)
- Will to be cross-trained in other departments

Trinity Village requires all new hires to submit a valid TB test, mandatory proof of flu shot, and Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check prior to start date.
