**Job Scope**:Individuals in this role will provide key support to the team by working at a variety of locations and manage all aspects of the storage facilities assigned to them. A true customer service role, this employee is hands-on, enjoys working with a variety of customers and takes pride in providing great service. **Tasks**:

- **Customer Service**:Make customers feel at home by providing them with welcoming environment for their storage needs
- **Sales**: Assist reservation and walk-in customers in finding the best solutions for their needs.
- **Maintenance**:Ensure the property is clean, safe, and in good working order.
- **Admin**:Prepare deposits & balance cash drawer and other required duties

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in retail sales, customer service, etc
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (E-mail, Microsoft Office, etc)
- Bilingual
- Able to work independently
- Access to a car is a must

**Description du travail **:Les personnes occupant ce poste apporteront un soutien essentiel à l'équipe en travaillant à divers endroits et en gérant tous les aspects des installations d'entreposage qui leur sont assignées. Il s'agit d'un véritable poste de service à la clientèle, où l'employé est pratique, aime travailler avec une variété de clients et est fier de fournir un excellent service. **Tâches**:

- **Service à la clientèle **:Faire en sorte que les clients se sentent chez eux en leur offrant un environnement accueillant pour leurs besoins d'entreposage.
- **Ventes **: Aider les clients qui réservent et ceux qui viennent en personne à trouver les meilleures solutions pour leurs besoins.
- **Entretien **: S'assurer que le site est propre, sain et en bon état de fonctionnement.
- **Administration** : Préparer les dépôts, équilibrer le tiroir-caisse et autres tâches requises.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience dans la vente au détail, le service à la clientèle, etc.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle
- Connaissances de base en informatique (courrier électronique, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Bilingue
- Capable de travailler de manière indépendante
- L'accès à une voiture est obligatoire

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
