Crestview Chrysler has a permanent full-time position open for an Estimator/Quality Control Advisor

The Estimator/Quality Control Advisor is responsible for assessing vehicle damage, providing accurate evaluations and repair quotes to the insurance company and to ensure that all repairs have been done correctly and that the vehicle has been detailed before delivering back to the customer.

Job Responsibilities:

- Inspect automobile body damage to identify the exact extent of all damage
- Develop and supply insurance company will all estimates based on evaluation by accurately costing parts, supplies, and labour
- Review estimates with insurance adjuster to gain repair and replacement approval
- Document approved repair and replacement services required by creating work orders in the work management software
- Obtain all appropriate approval signatures from insurance companies and customers before work begins
- Maintain body shop records by recording all repair and replacement actions in the work management software
- Monitor repair stages and workflow through the shop to ensure all repairs are accurate, completed correctly and in a timely fashion
- Inspect and verify vehicle meets or exceeds Crestview’s strict quality control standards before delivery back to the customer
- Enhance body shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a Body Shop environment
- Unrestricted drivers licence and ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism during high-volume periods
- Self-driven to work independently and the ability to work effectively and collaborate with a team
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of body shop software such as Mitchell is an asset but not mandatory
