Dental Administrator Front Desk

We are looking for a new **front desk team member** to join our motivated dental care facility in **Haileybury, Ontario.**

We are hiring in a full-time position **Monday through Thursday with half days on Fridays and one full Friday per month. ** Some evening hours up to 8 pm may be required on Tuesdays and Wednesday.

Prior medical or dental experience is an asset but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome client in a friendly and professional manner
- Coordinate appointments and manage the dental scheduling system
- Add and manage patient profiles in the dental scheduling system
- Manage client flow through the office
- Manage patient insurance information and deal with insurance companies when required
- Take patient payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide general information about the facility, services, and amenities to clients
- Ability to learn and comprehend basic dental terminology
- Familiarity with electronic dental records systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and manage information in a secure manner

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
