In this role, YOU WILL:

- Be a key player in implementing social media strategy and work closely with the social media and Extension team.
- Create and release internal and external communications, including our member publication _InfoHolstein_ and staff newsletter _Cowmmuniqué_.
- Create, edit and proofread media releases, website content, and various documents and publications
- Create digital content such as videos, graphics, etc.
- Gather on-farm content for the marketing and advertising strategy
- Organize aspects of in-person and online events.
- Work with the Marketing Coordinator on creating and implementing marketing campaigns

YOU OFFER:

- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications or a related field
- 3-5 years’ progressive experience in marketing / communications
- Experience working quickly on multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with Social Media, graphics, and digital and video content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and supportive team player
- Skilled in MS Office; InDesign is an asset
- Bilingual (English & French) is an asset

Dans ce poste, VOS TÂCHES SERONT LES SUIVANTES:

- Jouer un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie des médias sociaux et travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des médias sociaux et des services de vulgarisation.
- Créer et publier les communications internes et externes, y compris notre publication destinée aux membres, _InfoHolstein_, ainsi que notre bulletin interne pour le personnel, le _Cowmmuniqué_.
- Créer, réviser et corriger les communiqués de presse, le contenu du site Web et divers documents et publications.
- Créer du contenu numérique comme des vidéos, des graphiques, etc.
- Réunir du contenu à la ferme pour la stratégie de marketing et de publicité.
- Organiser certaines facettes des événements en présentiel et en ligne.
- Créer et mettre en œuvre des campagnes de marketing conjointement avec la coordonnatrice du marketing.

VOS COMPÉTENCES:

- Éducation postsecondaire en marketing, en communication ou dans un domaine connexe
- Entre 3 et 5 ans d’expérience progressive en marketing/communication
- Expérience de travail dans la réalisation rapide de multiples projets et priorités
- Expérience avec les médias sociaux, le graphisme et le contenu numérique et vidéo
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
- Esprit d’équipe, fiabilité et solidarité
- Maîtrise de MS Office; InDesign est un atout
- Le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est un atout
