Film Financing Coordinator

Wind Sun Sky Entertainment is looking for a Film Financing Coordinator based in either Vancouver or Toronto.
We are looking for a focused and detailed-oriented team player who enjoys juggling multiple projects, proactively communicating, and keeping things on track and running smoothly.
As the Film Financing Coordinator, you will support the content team and partner company PMI’s independent film business. The role will include file organization, data analytics, report generation and assessment for both internal and with external collaborators including Greenlight Essentials; coordinating the film loan repayment process to ensure all steps are progressing with distributors and producers; and supporting both the Director of Content and Production Executive as the administrative point person for all submitted films and those in production.
**What You Will Do**:
- Track and coordinate film financing documentation and data from film producers, legal, partners, etc.
- Track submissions and communication for all stakeholders for new projects under consideration
- Act as central point person for financial and key film data entry and report generation using Podio, Cinelytic, and Green Light Essentials software
- Coordinate the CAMA paperwork to ensure the loan repayment is moving forward
- Liaise with collection accountant vendor Fintage House as required
- Organize and maintain finance files on projects in development and production
- Coordinate and track coverage and project / script analysis
- Create profiles for talent, purchase and assumptions, tax credits and comparable titles
- Prepare materials for meetings and executive review
- Other coordination and support projects and tasks as required

If you had to name your top super-power, it would be your clear, thoughtful, and pro-active communication style. You have a post-secondary degree and previous administrative experience.**
**Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Zoom is required. Support in production accounting and/or finance departments is a plus. Previous experience in Film, Animation or Game Production not necessary but helpful.**
