**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Quality & Risk Manager, the Inter-RAI LTCF Coordinator is responsible for the planning, implementation, delivery, data integrity, monitoring and evaluation of the Inter-RAI LTCF reporting system across sites as required in our shared services model. The Inter-RAI LTCF Coordinator ensures all facilities meet applicable standards and legislated acts related to data collection, assessments, and submissions to C.I.H.I., to ensure quality care for residents. The Inter-RAI LTCF Coordinator works collaboratively with other facility disciplines and external partners in the pursuit of our vision

**Required Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Nurses, or eligible to obtain license
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting.
- Strong working knowledge of Inter-RAI LTCF and NS Provincial LTC Program Standards
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Demonstrated clinical experience providing assessments and interventions with adults and seniors.
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, clinical reasoning, and creative problem-solving and analytical skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Inter-RAI LTCF education
- Project leadership and/or supervisory experience
- Former Inter-RAI LTCF Coordinator role
