**Server Responsibilities**:
The primary role of a Smitty’s Server is to provide quality product in a fast, friendly and efficient manner. Servers have solid knowledge and familiarity with all Smitty’s products, systems and programs, which upholds Smitty’s standards and effectively promotes the brand name in every way.
- Working with their team towards a great guest experience, every time
- Connecting with guests, developing relationships and bonds that keeps people wanting to come back
- Taking orders & serving food and beverages
- Using Smitty's systems efficiently and effectively
- Following all safety & sanitization precautions
- By connecting with guests, be able to offer items that maximize their experience
