**About Us**:
TST-CF Express is a division of TFI International Inc., located in Burnaby, is currently recruiting for a Dispatch Supervisor.

**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Terminal Manager, covering Vacation Relief for all supervisors/ managers (Ops, Dispatch, Dock, Appointment).
- **Provide administrative support**:Support all Administration job functions as needed (onboarding, vacation, injury, sick call off etc.)
- Working with interline agents to arrange pick-ups and deliveries and checking and clearing the Status Inactive report in Accops
- Tracking down missing shipments, investigations and updating status with FedEx West Toronto Operations Center (WTO)
- Booking appointments for delivery with consignee and arranging dock pick-ups.
- Manifesting trailers for delivery in the lower mainland, as well as for storage.
- Working with FIS and ACE to consist freight to trailers going across the border without complications
- Checking in Drivers, confirming pick-ups and making sure all the paperwork is in order at the end of the day.
- Billing, using pickup BOLs (making sure all drivers submit BOL’s for pick ups)
- Filling out dock and driver incident/ accident reports and sending them to appropriate departments (safety and HR etc.).
- Employee file updates and compliance
- Payroll hours entry support
- **Equipment movement in the yard to dock**:Equipment movement in the yard by using radio to manage door movement with hostler between shifts
- Other support duties as required by Service Center Manager

**Requirements and skills**
- Previous experience in an operations support role
- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of operational principles and policies
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team leadership
