Hauser's Healthcare is looking to expend our Service and Parts Department. We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to bring us to the next level of effective and efficient service and delivery for Clients and Healthcare Professionals.

The Service and Parts Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of service calls and deliveries in relation to Hauser's Home Healthcare and all of our divisions. The Logistics Coordinator must have strong communication, organizational and planning skills.

Communicating effectively and efficiently with clients and internal team members is key for a success in this role. This cross-functional role has strong relationships with various departments, such as sales, service, admin, finance and clients.

**Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Coordinator**:

- Co-ordinate the daily activities of the Service Department and Technicians or as required by emergency situations
- Receive all in-coming calls regarding service issues from clients and sales reps, triaging all service calls and assigns priority ranking
- Maintain an organized filing system, and invoicing customers
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
- Monitor road conditions, construction zones, and accidents in order to revise routes as needed
- Update customers on the status of their service calls/deliveries including any delays that occur
- Maintain technician work records using computerized or manual methods and ensure time sheets and payroll summaries are completed accurately
- Processing payments for customers and responsible for all accounts receivable matters
- Minor accounts payable duties

- Customer-focused orientation for inquiries and satisfaction

- Familiarity with inventory management principles
- Accurate record-keeping and compliance with archival processes.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in Shipping/Receiving, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar position.
- College diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- Experience using ERP systems and Office programs, including Excel.
