About the Role

The Registry Agent is responsible for processing client requests in various Registries across Canada and the United States. The successful Registry Agent will ensure that all Search and Registration activities are conducted within the framework of client service level agreements. The Registry Agent is responsible for sending and receiving all Provincial Registrations, completing Data Entry of Manual Registrations (where applicable), generating Weekly Billing and Invoices, and uploading of EFT Files for payment.

What will you be doing
- Accurately process billing of client requests; adhere to client fee schedules and Government disbursements
- Perform daily tasks and duties adhering to processing standards while maintaining accuracy. Adhere to Teranet CMS practices and company compliance
- Answer calls promptly and professionally respond to clients. Participate in continuous improvement with a focus on service excellence.
- Assist co-workers and clients as required; escalating issues, identifying efficiencies

About You
- You have strong attention to detail with an accurate typing of 40wpm
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- You can multi-task, problem solve, research, and follow instructions
- You have demonstrated the ability to exercise the appropriate analytical and judgment skills required in dealing with moderately complex procedures.
- You have the ability to perform under pressure; operational changes, high volume, and tight deadlines
- You have knowledge of the Provincial Real Property search
- You know the Provincial Corporate and Bank Act Services
- You have knowledge of relevant Provincial websites
- You have customer service experience
- You have experience working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
