**About the Company**
Founded in 2016, Foodtastic is already one of the largest restaurant companies in Canada. In the last four years, we have increased system sales from less than $50mm to over $700mm. Our current portfolio of 22 brands includes Milestones Grill & Bar, Second Cup Café, Pita Pit, La Belle et La Boeuf and Rôtisseries Benny.
**Responsibilities**:
- Restaurant Inspections (making sure all recipes and procedures are being followed by staff)
- Ensuring franchise compliance with approved suppliers
- New Restaurant Openings
- Staff trainings and orientations
- Preparing Operation Manuals
- Menu Creations designs for each banner
- Keep Innovation and trends on recipes and techniques
- Store analysis reports to troubleshoot and determine solutions.
- Ensuring all bar operating duties are being followed such as: opening-closing duties, per levels, recipes being followed, bartending techniques, steps of service and customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge and skills to create a variety of dinks and cocktails
- Understand the importance of using the right tools and the correct proportions of ingredients
- Know how to use garnishes and other decorations to enhance the presentation of drinks
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Great communication skills
- Detail oriented
