Intake Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to callers
- Gather necessary information from callers to determine their needs
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the intake system
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and appropriate responses to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
- Fluently bilingual (English/French)
Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in stressful situations
