**Strawberry Field Daycare **is looking for Assistant Teachers for our daycare in Edmonton, AB. We are looking for fun loving, caring, and friendly people to join our team

**Job Requirements**:
**Must love children and be able to work with them in a fun loving environment. We do not require experience.**
- Must comply with all child care policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide loving and supportive care to children that may be experiencing challenges (e.g. anxiety about arriving at school overweight) or have differences in age (e.g. children with children ages 1 years old)
- Work cooperatively with other staff members to ensure a safe environment for the children and the teachers.
- Communicate any concerns (e.g. health issues) to the Director of Operations or Executive Director (e.g. allergies)
- Collaborate with other teachers and supervisors to create a fun and safe environment for all children

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T5E 6X7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
