As the Oracle Supply Planning Demand Management Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects aimed at optimizing supply chain processes and improving demand forecasting accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle supply planning and demand management projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, including project teams, consultants, and vendors, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization to achieve project goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, requirements gathering sessions, and workshops to establish project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Define and document business processes, data requirements, and system configurations for Oracle supply planning and demand management implementations, working closely with business and IT stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, supply chain planners, data scientists, and IT infrastructure teams, to ensure successful integration and deployment of supply chain solutions.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and minimize resistance to change during supply planning and demand management implementations.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, stakeholder meetings, and steering committee meetings to provide updates on project progress, escalate issues, and solicit feedback.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, and implement continuous process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead project closure activities, including documentation of lessons learned, completion of project deliverables, and handover to support and maintenance teams.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $75,000.00-$86,000.00 per year
