Server - Ghost Ramen

Exciting news at Ghost Ramen
Since opening 7 days a week 2 weeks ago, we are needing to add a new server to our team
The hours would be our opening lunch shift 1130am-5pm Thursday-Monday (tuesday and wednesday off).

Haven't heard of us? Well we serve, as you guessed it, Ramen, with locally hand made noodles, along with house made Chicken Pho and other delicious small plates We have a passionate staff, that love our product and enjoy serving a great group of regulars, along with new faces every week

Hours expectation 30-35 hours per week.

Tip expectation : $50 ( on slower lunches) to $150 (weekend lunches). daily.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with any inquiries or needs they may have. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Uphold restaurant standards for quality, service, and hospitality.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.

Pay: $17.40-$18.50 per hour
