Prestige Hotels & Resorts’ Corporate Office is looking for a detail-oriented full-time Accounting Clerk to work within their dynamic, hospitality environment in downtown Kelowna.

- High attention to detail as accuracy is crucial
- Experience in financial accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or similar cloud accounting programs
- Knowledge of Payworks, or similar payroll programs in an asset
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to provide excellent service in a professional manner
- **Must be legally entitled to work in Canada**

**Scope of Responsibility**
- Reviewing, verifying, and inputting vendor invoices
- Processing and reconciling payments to vendors and company credit cards
- Intercompany rebilling of expenses
- Completing and submitting tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, and other government documents
- Reviewing, verifying, and inputting source data from the hotels and restaurants
- Posting journal entries and reconciling accounts
- Assisting with payroll and benefits administration tasks as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
