Job Summary

Creekside Accounting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Accounting Technician to join our team. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining financial records, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance and other statistical reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills.
