We are looking for an SEO Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.

**You have**:

- 3+ years experience in a SEO focused role.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in marketing, economics, or technical specialty.
- A great understanding of current marketing and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of search engine optimization best practices.
- Working knowledge of UX and accessibility recommendations.
- Excellent knowledge of Google marketing tools, including AdWords, Analytics, Data Studio, Search Console, Tag Manager, Web Trends, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of online marketing platforms (e.g., AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) is a must.
- Familiarity with Wordpress and basic coding languages (such as XML, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree desired but not required if your work experience and portfolio knock our socks off.

**You are responsible for**:

- Developing optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings.
- Researching SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials, using a mix of proprietary tools, analytics data, and PPC data.
- Setting measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
- Monitoring daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
- Efficiently communicating with other teams to align goals.
- Collaborating with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy.
- Writing compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions.
- Updating content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
- Preparing website technical audits and performance reports to identify areas of success, concerns and prioritize action items and produce user stories for development sprints.
- Reviewing website server logs, crawl reports, and analytics reports to come up with strategies to improve crawl budget and indexation.
- Reviewing web analytics data to provide feedback to our internal team on performance, and analyzing visitor behavior and trends to come up with next steps.
- Adhering to all SEO best practices, helping innovate and collaborate with the search marketing strategy.
- Staying on top of latest search marketing trends, sharing findings and resources to help the team and management consistently remain updated on high-paced developing digital world.
- Working with the digital marketing team to help elevate client expectations and share insights and knowledge.
- Organizing and participating in group presentations and decks delivering reporting of account performance, providing insightful analysis/trends, recommendations, and opportunities to meet goals and KPIs.
