Service Desk Assistant

**Purpose**:
The Service Desk Assistant provides a wide range of information technology services to instructors, staff and students. This position supports the day to day IT administration and activities.
**Education**:
3rd year undergraduate education level in business or a similar program of study, preferred.
**Experience**:
**Skills**:
Good organization and interpersonal skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Resourceful, quick to respond and act with high level of accuracy.
