**Technical Expertise**:

**Communication**:
- Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear communication of repair progress.
**Adaptability**:
- Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced automotive repair environment.
- Willingness to work in varying conditions, including exposure to cold weather.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of five years in the automotive industry.
- Background in autobody repair, shop management, service advising, or mechanics.
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding production targets.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
