Autobody Repair Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Autobody Repair Specialist to join our team at Crosstown Autobody, a part of AutoCanada Collision Centres. As an integral part of our dedicated team, you will have opportunities to grow your career and leverage your technical expertise in vehicle repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine vehicle repair requirements
  • Review damage reports, prepare and review repair cost estimates, and plan work to be performed
  • Remove damaged parts and replace front-end components, body components, doors, frames and underbody components
  • Inspect vehicle to ensure the repairs functioning properly and the overall appearance of the completed work
  • Mentor, coach, train and support the development of apprentices in the Collision Centre

Requirements:

  • Red seal certification is an asset
  • 3 + years of experience as a Journeyman Autobody Technician
  • Completion of post-secondary program and training courses
  • I-CAR certification training and I-CAR welding certification
  • A valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
