**PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK PEEL**
35 hours/week
Guelph/Wellington, Ontario

The Program Administrative Clerk provides administrative support to the designated locations, assisting the Program Managers and Transitional Support Managers with clerical and administrative duties. They will be providing support to locations in the assigned area of Wellington. They will ensure filing and maintenance of confidential program files is completed with a high level of discretion. The Program Administrative Clerk will manage their time effectively to ensure deadlines for Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services are met. They will be communicating to people within and outside of Christian Horizons to provide information about the organization.

The Program Administrative Clerk will respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Christian Horizons, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy and respect in their dealings with other employees, persons supported and both internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**: Assist the Program Managers and Transitional Support Managers with correspondence, mailings and other clerical duties as requested. Implementation and maintenance of the Standardized Filing System. Review and maintain bulletin boards. Support teams in preparing for events. Assist in the booking and preparing of meetings. Assist to maintain data entry within our Operations Database. Update and maintain personal information of people supported. Assist with protocol updates. Assist during Program Assessment / Compliance seasons. Assist with updating and maintaining Emergency Response Plan, Community Services Manual, and Christian Horizons Reference Manual. Assist with personal plan and other documentation in person supported files and employee files, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year administrative or on-the-job experience
- Minimum High School Diploma; College Diploma preferred
- Excellent computer, data and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of professional office environments
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Screen
- Access to reliable transportation for locations throughout Guelph-Wellington
