**About the Team & Role**:
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (advertising) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving effective ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. We are looking for a Client Solutions Planner to support the Canada Advertising Sales Team at TikTok. Client Solutions Planners are responsible for the tactical and executional components of advertiser campaigns including the integration and planning work with cross functional teams. You will work with all departments in the org including Creator Monetization, Brand Strategy, Ad Ops, Sales Ops, Product, and Account Managers. You will be involved in pre and post sales and will develop comprehensive media plans leveraging our first-in-class ad product suite. You will utilize educational knowledge and industry knowledge to help us build a strong business with Client Services at the forefront of all we do. TikTok currently observes a hybrid working policy of 4 days in the office each week and 1 day working remotely. This position is full-time and based out of our Toronto, Ontario office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and work with the Sales Team on pre-sale research and client pitches
- Perform on-going research to inform vertical best practices and identify opportunities
- Support the CSM team in post-sales campaign execution and reporting
- Act as a project manager for campaign execution, ensuring smooth campaign delivery and collaborating with cross functional partners
- Assist in client tracking including pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy in CRM system
- Work with internal teams including Finance and Sales Ops team on client approval, inventory allocation and other internal processes.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Experience in marketing and/or digital advertising
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to recognize trends and inform decisions

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience collaborating with multiple teams and communicating complex issues
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Excel
- High attention to detail and very organized
- Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking
