The new Mostra Mascouche condo complex located in Mascouche is currently looking for a Coordinator/Assistant to the General Manager for its building.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist the immediate superior and other team members in daily and administrative tasks
- Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to the policies, service offer and established promotions, in conjunction with the building manager
- Follow up on prospects and complete the necessary documents for the rental
- Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests, as needed
- Perform business development and develop new go-to-market strategies with management approval
- Produce the required reports
- Receive potential customers
- Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Good knowledge of the South Shore of Montreal market and surrounding region
- Car required
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Administrative experience an asset
