We are looking for self-motivated, detail-oriented and hardworking individuals to join our growing team of professionals as a PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of field experience
- Valid G driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- must have own transportation to and from the shop
- general knowledge of equipment
- critical thinking
- ability to work as a team player
- reliable & punctual

**Duties**:

- Manage a crew of 1-2 people
- Lawn and garden maintenance
- Driver a company truck and trailer

Payment is based on experience. Benefits are available after a short probationary period.
