The position currently being offered is Installation Supervisor.

A sampling of day to day duties includes:

- Coordinating with Project Manager to develop a work plan.
- Organize all materials and tools required
- Coordinate with job site contacts - Electrical Contractor/General Contractor regarding site logistics and schedule, coordinate our work with other related trades
- Organize and implement site plan to install LPS with installers. Work with and supervise crew.
- Responsible for safety on site - conduct and document toolbox safety meetings, prepare Job Hazard Analysis if required
- Document work in progress - responsible for productivity on job sit
- Installing lightning cable, rods, connectors, anchors and fasteners on flat and sloped roofs - work at heights from roof or elevated work platform (manlift)

Preferred Skills/experience include:

- Construction Labour experience
- Construction Supervisory (Foreman/Lead Hand) experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience and ability in working with hand/power tools including electric drills/drivers
- Experience in working at heights
- Experience in working from elevated work platforms (manlifts)
- Experience in driving a commercial van

Training we provide on the job includes:

- Trade training in Lightning Protection Systems to code standards (CSA, NFPA)
- Operation of lifts/elevated platforms
- Job and project specific safety training

Required Language: English

Job Location: Dundas, Ontario (travel by work van from there to/from job sites)
