Position Overview: As a Logistics Coordinator specializing in white glove service, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics operations for our high-value and delicate shipments. You will utilize your expertise in rating, distribution costing, and real-time tracking to ensure timely and secure delivery of goods while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, retention of information, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations for white glove service shipments, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and client requirements.
- Calculate and provide accurate rating estimates for shipments based on predefined criteria.
- Utilize your expertise in distribution costing to optimize shipping methods and reduce overall transportation expenses.
- Ensure real-time tracking and monitoring of shipments to proactively address any issues or delays, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, carriers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing status updates on shipments.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and delivery confirmations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to white glove service logistics.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, with a focus on high level service accounts.
- Strong understanding of per hundred weight, skid rating, and distribution costing.
- Proficiency in real-time tracking and monitoring systems to ensure timely and secure delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficient in using logistics software, transportation management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
