**Job Description**:
AECOM Sault St Marie is hiring a Roadway Contract Administrator.
- Assists the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFI's and change orders.
- Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications.
- Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
- Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
- Monitor design changes, contractor and sub-contractor activities and progress.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
+ Minimum 4 years of related Contract Administrator experience on three (3) Municipal or Ministry of Transportation projects.
+ University Degree in Civil Engineering or College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
+ OACETT Registration Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) required.
+ Must have completed successfully Ministry of Transportation T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training
**Preferred Qualifications**:
+ Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience.
+ Familiar with WBCMS
+ Proven ability and experience in successfully administering highway/structure construction contracts
