**Overview**:

**Summary**

The individual has to be hands on with a practical mindset and a “can do” attitude.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all documentation related to IATF16949 is current and controlled
- Provide communication in a timely manner to department managers of any deficient documentation findings in accordance to IATF16949
- Lead audit activity in preparation for and during the IATF audits
- Coordinate and control the internal audit process and track progress to schedule
- Communicate and follow up on all non-compliant internal audit findings with the appropriate departments
- Manage LPA schedules and report out findings to management
- Actively participate and support all Quality KOI / KPI goals.
- Facilitate corrective action process on Onramp and monitor system for timely responses.
- Provide “Quality Indoctrination” training to all new employees
- Issue Quality Alerts and ensure teams have been trained
- Update inspection steps in Onramp as and when needed
- Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager

**Education and Experience**:

- College Diploma in a technical discipline
- 2- 5 years experience as IATF co-coordinator in manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of IATF16949 standards and requirements
- IATF16949 Lead auditor certification
- Knowledge of APQP,PFMEA,Process flows and control plans
- Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings
- Must be task and deadline oriented
- Excellent planning and organizational skill
- Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Must be competent in the use of measuring instruments i.e., Calipers, Micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
- Must be able to work independently with very little supervision
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend in English
- Knowledge and experience with metal fabrication, preferably laser cutting, stamping, forming, welding, machining and paint operations will be a definite asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,348.00-$53,027.00 per year
