**Job Opportunity: Front of House Supervisor**

As the Front of House Supervisor, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of delivering an exceptional customer experience while fostering a positive team culture. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing our events offering and guiding the restaurant team towards achieving our collective goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all front of house activities in close collaboration with management.
- Train, schedule, and inspire staff to consistently deliver outstanding service.
- Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with promptness and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels for front-end supplies and ensure adequate stock.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow.
- Oversee cash handling procedures to maintain accuracy and security.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, specifically in front of house operations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic food handling practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills, adept at managing diverse customer situations with tact.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and the ability to manage financial transactions accurately.
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations with a commitment to enforcement.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating and guiding teams effectively.
- Knowledgeable in wines and cocktails, enhancing the overall dining experience.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience in events management, catering, or related fields.
- Understanding of restaurant operations and awareness of industry trends.

Pay: $30,000.00-$49,283.75 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
