Au sein de l'équipe chargée de l'administration des contrats, vous adopterez notre approche « le client avant tout » en matière de recouvrement et vous négocierez des solutions équitables en vue d'obtenir le meilleur résultat possible pour les deux parties.

Notre service d'administration des contrats fait partie intégrante de nos activités et est responsable de la fourniture de connaissances commerciales et techniques essentielles, de l'expertise en matière de résolution de problèmes et du soutien tout au long du cycle de vie des contrats des clients de CWB National Leasing.

De plus, l'agent de recouvrement assistera les clients en répondant aux demandes de renseignements et en leur offrant un excellent service à la clientèle. Nous sommes dévoués à la formation et au développement et nous veillons à ce que vous disposiez du soutien et des outils nécessaires pour réussir dans ce rôle.

Ce que vous allez faire:

- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements et aux préoccupations des clients
- Sécuriser les paiements de manière professionnelle, équitable et opportune.
- Travailler en partenariat avec les clients pour régler les différends et négocier les meilleures solutions possible.
- Faire preuve de discrétion et respecter la confidentialité de toutes les transactions effectuées avec les clients et les fournisseurs.
- Gérer les dossiers des clients / prendre des décisions concernant le traitement accéléré des dossiers (étapes suivantes : reprise de possession, radiation, action en justice).

Voici ce que nous cherchons:

- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans : l'administration ou les services à la clientèle dans le secteur bancaire, les services financiers, le crédit ou le recouvrement
- capacité à établir avec exactitude et à documenter clairement les modalités de paiement
- capacité de penser de manière proactive et de résoudre les problèmes de manière logique et efficace
- un vif souci du détail et une expérience avérée dans la tenue précise de la documentation
- capacité à respecter un haut niveau de confidentialité et à prospérer dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- une connaissance pratique
