Our Bell Business Markets team enables the digital transformation of businesses and governments nationwide through solutions in areas including Internet and private networks, voice and unified communications, contact centre, security, Internet of Things, data centre and cloud. **Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate strong leadership attributes to drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to close of sale, working hand in hand with the deal teams and sales leadership
- Develop a sales strategy based on the client’s business objectives, Bell Business Markets (BBM) product strategy and your revenue objectives
- Attain revenue and profit objectives
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and business development
- Develop and deliver client proposals and presentations
- Engage and influence decision makers within your client organization
- Lead RFP responses and create sales proposals
- Lead negotiations, particularly regarding terms, prices and service quality objectives
- Build key relationships within your client organization (CIO, CFO, Director of IT, etc.)
- Keep up with industry news, emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value
**Critical Qualifications**:
- 5+ years experience managing large complex accounts in Telecommunications or ICT industry
- Sales experience in Large Enterprise accounts preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and experience influencing key decision makers
- Demonstrated track record of solution selling for complex, long-term deals
- Knowledge and understanding in the telephony, data and cloud spaces and transition dynamics to cloud-based services
- Results-oriented with a strong dedication to attaining sales targets
- English required: interaction with English speaking stakeholders across Canada
