**Job Title: Financial and Inventory Manager**
**Location: Monette Farms, Airdrie**
**About Us**: Monette Farms is a leading agricultural enterprise dedicated to excellence in cattle operations and land management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial and Inventory Manager to join our team in Airdrie. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial management, inventory control, and effective communication with stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Management & Billing**:
- Generate and manage detailed feedlot billing, including costs for feed, medical treatments, and bedding, broken down to the lot level.
- Reconcile billing statements and ensure accurate communication with clients and stakeholders.
**Inventory Management**:
- Maintain and update cow herd inventory records, including cattle headcount, breeding, health, and movement logs, as well as feed and resource usage.
- Conduct periodic inventory reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Support financial bookkeeping for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) related to cattle operations.
- Maintain accurate records in software for feedlot, herd, and purebred operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
**Communication & Coordination**:
- Act as a liaison for landlord communications regarding land leases and agreements.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management on inventory and billing statuses.
- Ensure clear and professional communication with all stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in financial management and inventory control, preferably in an agricultural setting.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software for financial and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
**Compensation**:
We offer a competitive salary that is commensurate with experience. Our compensation package includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development. We believe in rewarding our team members for their dedication and expertise.
Pay: $41,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
