**Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Efficiently, take and process drink and food orders, maintaining a focus on food quality.
- Address and resolve customer’s complaints or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized working area to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and other staff to ensure a smooth and quality service.
- Stay abreast of current beverage trends and actively contribute to menu development.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the manager as needed
- Assist with catering events, monthly inventory, ensure compliance with food safety standards and licensing requirements
- Flexibility to wear multiple hats, assisting with various duties as needed.

Assest:

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality, food service, and customer service principles
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Strong cash handling skills, including the ability to accurately process payments and provide change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices

Helpful Skills:

- Experience with cash register systems or point-of-sale software
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
